Questions and answers

  • We work with LUTHIER. Does our data come along?

    Yes, completely: customers, instruments and bows, workshop jobs, invoices and letters – including the lists you kept beside the program. Nothing is retyped.

  • Do I need to install anything?

    No. Liuto runs in the browser, on the office computer just as on the tablet in the workshop or on the phone.

  • Does it work with our mailbox?

    With Microsoft 365 directly: e-mails from and to customers land in their file by themselves. Private e-mails stay out.

  • Who sees our data?

    Only your workshop. Every business has a database of its own, and roles decide who in the team sees what.

  • What does Liuto cost?
